BANYU brings together a team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in marine science, aquaculture, community development, and sustainable supply chains. This multidisciplinary expertise allows BANYU to approach the challenges of seaweed farming from both scientific and practical perspectives, working closely with coastal farmers and industry partners to improve the quality, resilience, and sustainability of seaweed cultivation.
The team is led by Dodon Yamin, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of BANYU.
With years of experience in aquaculture and community-based marine initiatives, Dodon believes that strengthening seaweed farming requires a combination of science, strong farmer partnerships, and responsible industry practices. He has been leading BANYU in developing high-quality seaweed seedlings and building collaborative farming systems with coastal communities.
Through this work, Dodon and the BANYU team aim to improve seaweed farming practices while building reliable and sustainable seaweed supply chains for global industries.
